ORDER AND DELIVERY WHERE, WHEN AND HOW?
Daily order processing cut off time is 11:00am MST*. Orders placed after this time may be processed and shipped the next business day. All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-4 business days as Canada Post (CP) continues to see significantly increased parcel volumes as Canadians adopt different shopping behaviors during Covid-10 and due to the important safety measures in place at CP protecting their employees and Canadians. Short delays may take place pending any order discrepancies, larger volume days due to special sales or offers, weekends and statutory holidays.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
We make every effort to ensure that your orders are processed as quickly as possible. Due to the speed of most of our shipments, we cannot make any changes once the order has been submitted.

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we can proceed to cancel it. If your products have already been shipped, it will be impossible to cancel this order. Once the products have been received, you will be able to go to the store to exchange them.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If an item is missing in your order, please contact our customer service support through email. Our team will then proceed to analyze your request and follow up with you within the next five business days.
We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, items may sometimes be damaged during shipping. We understand the frustration this may cause and will make every effort to replace the product as quickly as possible.

Write down your name, your order number and include a picture of the damaged item so we can immediately take care of the replacement of this item.
Yes, you can return or exchange a product purchased on our website or by phone by visiting your nearest Popeye’s store.
However, you must provide the credit or debit card used at the time of purchase in order to proceed with the refund.

You do not need to create an account in order to make online purchases. But with an account, you will not only earn Popeye's Bucks but also you will receive secret deals, be able to keep track of your purchase history and receive the latest news from our stores.
Go to the My Account section at the very top of the home page. Log in using your email address and current password. You will then be able to change your information, billing and/or shipping address, email address and password linked to your account.
Hop over to the My Account section at the very top of the home page. Scroll down to the "Forgotten Password" section and follow the instructions to instantly receive a new password by email.

No. There are no membership fees for this reward program in any Popeye’s Supplements Canada locations.
Popeye’s Bucks are automatically added to your account through our sales system. Every transaction earns you four percent of your purchase total before tax which are added to your account as Popeye’s Bucks. They will be added directly to your account, which will be linked to every online order you make.
You will need to visit one of our stores in order to redeem your earned Popeye's Bucks towards a purchase. While you can earn Popeye's Bucks by shopping online, there is unfortunately no option available to use them towards your online purchases at this time.
Yes! You will be earning Popeye's Bucks just as if you were shopping at one of our locations.
