ONLINE STORE RETURN POLICY
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible products may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
Online Order Returns
All orders placed through PopeyesToronto.com must be returned to the designated online fulfillment location.
Online returns may be:

Shipped back to PopeyesToronto.com, or

Returned in person to our Yonge & Bloor store
Online order refunds and exchanges cannot be processed at other Popeyes retail locations.
Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a full refund:

Product(s) must remain sealed and in original condition

Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Defective Products
Defective products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, at our discretion, for replacement or exchange.
Please contact us prior to returning any defective item so we can provide further instructions.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the package at the time of delivery.
If the package is accepted:
