All orders are fulfilled directly from our Toronto locations and delivered through trusted local courier partners, allowing us to provide reliable next-day delivery service across our delivery area.
Real-time tracking is included with every order.

We currently deliver to eligible Toronto postal codes.
If your address falls outside our delivery area, shipping options will not be available at checkout.

Delivery Schedule
We offer delivery seven days a week.
Order Cut-Off Time
Place your order before 11:59 PM for next-day delivery.

Orders placed after 11:59 PM will be delivered on the next available delivery day.
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delivery times may occasionally vary due to traffic, weather conditions, courier availability, or unusually high order volumes.
Order Processing
Orders are processed seven days a week.
- Orders placed after the daily cut-off will be processed the following day.
- Orders placed on holidays may experience slight processing delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please ensure all delivery details, including unit numbers, buzzer codes, and delivery instructions, are accurate at checkout.
Delivery Support
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located:
- Check around the delivery location.
- Confirm with household members, concierge staff, or neighbours.
- Review your tracking information.
If the order is still missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will investigate the issue and work toward a fair resolution based on courier records and delivery confirmation details.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or missing information, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the product and packaging.
After review, we may provide:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A refund
where appropriate.
Fragile Items
Glass bottles, liquids, and other fragile items are packaged with extra care.
If damage occurs during transit, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
Inventory Availability
While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been processed.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and provide the following options:
