Next-Day Delivery

We offer next-day delivery across eligible Toronto areas seven days a week.

Order before 11:59 PM for next-day delivery
Delivery window: 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Deliveries are available Monday–Sunday
Orders placed after 11:59 PM will be delivered the following day

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, timing may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, courier availability, or high-order volumes.

Order Processing

Orders are processed seven days a week.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff will be processed the following day
Orders placed on holidays may experience slight processing delays

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free next-day delivery on orders over $99.99 (before tax)
Flat rate of $7.99 on orders under $99.99

All eligible discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Experience

Every order includes real-time tracking. Delivery confirmation may include:

Delivery Support

If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

  • Check around your delivery location
  • Confirm with household members or neighbors
  • Review tracking details

If your order is still missing, contact within 48 hours, and we’ll investigate and work toward a fair resolution based on courier confirmation and delivery details.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is complete and accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or missing details, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package, and additional delivery fees may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review your request and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Fragile Items (Glass & Liquids)

Fragile items are securely packaged with extra care. If damage occurs, please report it within 48 hours so we can assist you.
