Great. I always loved how clean and great ingredients they use without the junkness that other weight gainers have in it. You can really digest it easily as the texture is smooth and not chunky buildup if shaken correctly, taste is great and doesnt keep you bloated. I personally have this first thing in the morning with my breakfast and do half the amount suggested for my goals. When I have a morning workout, I tend to drink this shake and by the time I get to the gym/cardio workout, it's all digested well.
