Probably one of the most superior bcaa stacked pre workout for people who aren’t massive stim junkies… if you wanna find something in the middle it’s right here, with 80mg caffeine one scoop and 160mgs in two, which is more than enough for a non coffee/energy drinker, (unless you wanna go down a rabbit hole of grey area substances)
also has 5gs of your essential BCAAS in every 2 scoops, which makes it really easy to meet those supplementary goals whilst still keeping a mainly natural approach to fitness and weightlifting.
Some notes
- very little jitter
- very minor itchiness in larger dosing
-tastes great and your system really takes it down well, takes a couple days to get adjusted as with anything.
I recommend this product as a pre workout and watermelon is a valid Flavour.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Leigh from customer service. I placed the order for pickup but it was late. However, Leigh moved the strings and got my order ready for the next day. Kudos to Leigh and the customer service team.

The watermelon is the best flavour imo .ive seen reviews where they say it doesnt give enough energy. I dont think its meant as a preworkout.i use it as a pick me up at work to get me through the day .
